Traffic numbers for ring games and tournaments
This is one of the five biggest poker rooms in the world, with high traffic numbers. The number of real money ring game players that visit Paradise Poker during peak hours is well over 2,500. The number of real money tournament players during peak hours is a higher, 4,000-5,500. Many players participate in the sit-and-go tournaments as well as bigger tournaments.
House rake and tournament entry fees
The rake taken out is a slightly higher than the average in the industry. This is especially the case when it comes to low-limit games. The structure is the same regarding tournament entry fees.
Selection of games and competition
Paradise Poker offers a great selection of games. You can play all the standard games (with fixed-limits, pot-limit and no-limit) and in addition to this some more rare variants like Crazy Pineapple, 5-Card-Draw and 5-Card-Stud. However, the competition is really tough in this poker room. Top quality players gather here and the games are generally really tight.
Software functionality and graphics
The software is definitely top class. The games run smoothly and the graphics are classy and attractive. The statistics functions are very good as well, for example notes on other players are supported. One downside is that your computer has to support several plug-ins for the software to run perfectly. If it doesn’t the software can get a bit messy and that clearly influences the playing feeling in a negative way.
Loyalty bonus/promotions
This room offers no loyalty bonus. When it comes to promotions, Paradise Poker has hand number bonuses and tournaments with guaranteed prize money.
Support service and financial reliability
The email support is great and quick to respond. Live support and telephone support is not available. This room is financially secure.
