Poker room name: Titan Poker Site address (url): |
Software – graphics and functionality
The software has an innovative and nice user interface with good graphics. Functionality is appropriate and some minor glitches in the early versions have been fixed. The poker client can be downloaded in English, French, German or Italian – a welcome new feature we hope to see more of from other providers.
Ring game and tournament traffic
Titan Poker attracts around 1,900-2,200 ring game players and as much as 4,500-6,000 tournament players (during peak hours in Aug, 2006.
Game variety and competition
Mostly Holdem and Omaha (High and Hi/Lo) is played at Titan Poker. Ring games and tournaments – heads-ups and sit-and-go’s as well as multi-table tournaments. A lot of casino players drop in to try their luck at poker, so games at Titan are often loose and profitable for the ambitious poker player.
Rakes and tournament fees
The rake is about average – 5% of the pot with a maximum of $3. No rake is taken if the bet is not called or if the flop is not seen. The tournament fees are standard.
Loyalty bonus and promotions
There are a lot of great promotions at Titan Poker as they continue to increase their traffic volumes. Each recruited friend earns you $75 and your friend receives a $25.
Support and financial security
Titan Poker is very secure as part of the iPoker network, which is backed by the renowned casino software developer and operator PlayTech. Great 24/7 telephone support as well as live (online) and e-mail support.
